Software
Software support services to be provided by OUR software engineers shall include:-
- Development of robust database for the effective management of information by using state of art object oriented programme of tools.
- Converting the existing manual data capturing processes and information, generating accurate, timely, concise and complete information any time.
- Building watertight access level controls at the stage of the software operation to minimize un-due security risk.
- Training the end-users on the use of the software thus provided, and any other third-party software as deemed necessary for total office management automation.
- Capturing existing data of accounting records and preparing the database for subsequent smooth maintenance of data thus captured for adequate information generation.
- Upon completion and handover of the software the organization shall be expected to sign our post-installation software maintenance contract. If accepted. the services of the organization shall include:-
- Monthly preventive maintenance visit by our software engineers to check for possible sources of data corruption and other hitches, and nipping such on the bud before any damage is done.
- Database sanitation and compacting exercises. This shall involve cleaning of all unrelated and unwanted data from the various disks to prevent un-necessary reduction in speed of processing, and disk space wastage.
- Data back activities to prevent frustrating discontinuity in case of equipment breakdown.
- Development of manual procedures to backup very important processes to prevent discontinuity during power supply disruptions and equipment down time.
- Training and re-training of end users on the package installed for optimal utilization.
Hardware
We offer the following support:-
- Ensuring that all standard network security controls and security standards are thought to all users and maintained in their day-to-day running.
- Giving sound training and orientation to the nominated database administrators on what to do in the server room
- Advising management from time to time on the requirement of a smooth running and efficient work system.
- Weekly preventive maintenance visit during the first two months, and monthly visit within the warranty period to ensure there is no down time.
- Training and re-training of users of the network and associate resources.
